Anonymous asked: You like rock/cliff climbing and for that you need a lot of muscles and training. How do you train and what is your diet?

I don’t train as much as I’m sure a lot of people do. I mostly just try to climb outside a few times a week, but my buddy has a bouldering wall in his garage that we climb on about once a week. As far as my diet goes, I don’t pay attention to it at all ha I try to eat within 30 minutes of climbing to help with recovery but besides that, nothing special.
